After almost a year of planning to write one, I have finally done the deed. I don't know what this blog will be about, or how often this is going to be updated. Also, seeing as how the blogs that I occasionally read, are so refined in terms of the topic, language, and the frequency of their posts, I'm really not sure how well this is gonna turn out.
Writing a blog post is both a blessing an a curse for someone who's used to microblogging (read: Twitter). To the times where 140 characters were "just not enough", I've now found out how daunting it can be when you have a massive canvas to paint with all your thoughts, and finding out that you don't have just as many words to describe an opinion that you have on a subject. Blogging can make you think deep, just like Twitter can help you be as precise with your words. Also, sometimes a more informed opinion helps in a conversation, as much as a one liner can help in making a point.
Also, for someone who's only used to tweeting, I'm not used to knowing when to shut up, which I probably need to do right now. So I guess this it for this time. I'll see y'all (and by y'all, I mean the imaginary people in my head who're reading this blog and critiquing the content), later!
